Refund Policy
Our Return and Refund Policy was last updated in September 2023.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with Hypervolt.
Definitions:
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
“Company” (referred to as either "The Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Hypervolt LTD.
“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
“Orders” means a request by you to purchase Goods from Us.
“Service” refers to the Website.
“Website” refers to Hypervolt, accessible from https://hypervolt.co.uk/
“You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights:
You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which you purchased the goods.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform Hypervolt of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by sending us an email to orders@hypervolt.co.uk. Once we have been notified, we will follow the following steps:
- As the unit was purchased directly from Hypervolt by yourself we will be able to refund you directly for the cost of the unit only.
- Hypervolt cannot refund any installation or shipping costs.
- Returned products must be complete and in their original packaging, if possible, to avoid damage in transit and it is recommended that photos of the unit/package are taken before returning.
- A reduction in the value of refund provided may be applied if goods are sent damaged or damaged in transit.
- The unit must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation being accepted.
- As soon as the goods are received at our factory, the charger will go into quarantine, where we will do a full QC to look for possible damages. The charger will also be tested again to find out whether we have a case of faulty unit or not. Once the Quality Check is completed, we will notify you with the outcome.
- Please note that if you are eligible for a refund, we will reimburse you no later than 10 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.
